  • A walkable beach town on Washington’s Olympic Peninsula coast, founded by Casey Roloff (Seabrook Land Company) — who had built beach houses in Oregon but no large development before — and designed by Laurence Qamar. Initially 88 acres, now entitled for 588 acres, with a code-governed buildout by custom builders.
