A 12-acre coastal cottage village in the Nelscott district of Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast, with 91 homes, a community pool house, and two parks. Designed by Qamar & Associates (Laurence Qamar) and developed by Casey Roloff’s Current Development, it uses a form-based code requiring homes to face the street with front porches and stoops while detached garages are reached from rear alleys. Tree-lined “skinny streets,” rear alleyways, native plantings, and crushed-oyster-shell pathways lead to the parks and beach access. Roloff is also the founder of Seabrook, the New Urbanist town on the Washington coast.
