• Description

  • Wilden Portfolio Park — a 600-acre mixed-use redevelopment on Appleton’s north side by Thrivent (Thrivent Financial). Plans call for 2,200–2,300 housing units (single-family homes, townhomes, and apartments) plus grocery stores, restaurants, retailers, hotels, and offices, with over 150 acres of parkland and six miles of walking trails. Built in phases (Phase 1 is ~250 acres of infrastructure); the City of Appleton is providing up to $25 million in support.
