• Description

  • A 150-acre walkable, bikeable urban neighborhood on the Oklahoma River south of downtown Oklahoma City, developed over a multi-decade plan by Blair Humphreys and Wheeler District, LLC. Anchored by the Wheeler Ferris Wheel (relocated from Santa Monica, reopened July 4, 2016). Phase One (14 acres, from 2018) delivered 83 single-family homes, 10 live/work shophomes, and a brewery; Phase Two (22 acres, from 2020) added 120+ homes plus retail and restaurants. Now in its third phase.
