Description
- A traditional neighborhood development in Conway, Arkansas, founded by Hendrix College and designed by DPZ CoDesign (original 1995 master plan, updated 2004–2005). A pedestrian-friendly college town east of the main campus with a mix of housing — live-work units, apartments over shops, townhouses, and single-family homes on wooded lots — 150,000 sq ft of commercial space, and the 18-acre Hendrix Creek Preserve. DPZ lists 129 acres and 366 dwelling units.
