Designed for ~5,000 residents in ~1,400 homes — planned as 750 single-family homes, 600 multi-family lofts, 192 hotel rooms, and 270,000 sq ft of commercial space. Built for the film and creative industries, it is the largest geothermal community in the US, with ~51% green space, 15 miles of trails, 54 acres of forest, and 19 parks. Rob Parker is a co-founder.
