• Description

  • A 222-acre planned community in South Park, Wyoming, just south of Jackson — reported as one of the largest developments in Teton County history. Planned by Opticos Design with the Teton County planning department (public planning-led). A partnership of the Gill family (Nikki Gill), Habitat for Humanity, and the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust, combining donated land, nonprofit-funded income-restricted units, and free-market lots. Not yet built (in planning).
