Description
- A traditional neighborhood development in Saint Charles, Missouri, designed by DPZ CoDesign in 2002 and developed and built by Whittaker Homes (George Whittaker). Transformed former farmland into a mixed-use community — up to 3,500 dwelling units and 150,000 sq ft of retail — where strategic water management (addressing flood concerns) became a defining feature. Tim Busse served as town architect at Whittaker.
