  • A 12-home pocket neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Paradise Hills subdivision of Pullman, Washington, one block from Kamiak Elementary School. The roughly 1,000-sq-ft cottages are nested facing each other around a shared landscaped courtyard with a separate parking area. Developed by Wintz Company (the applicant) on land owned by Steve Mader / S&D Investments; designed after — and with the encouragement of — Ross Chapin’s courtyard projects.
