• Description

  • A 235-acre “agrihood” (farm-centered mixed-use community) in Richmond, Texas, about 15 miles southwest of Houston in Fort Bend County, developed by Meristem Communities (Scott Snodgrass). Plans call for ~750 homes clustered on smaller lots so more than half the site can be open space — a 42-acre working farm, a 25-acre lake, ~104 acres of programmed open space, pedestrian-only “mews,” car-free zones, and a 70,000 sq ft commercial center (Indigo Commons). Broke ground 2023–2024.
