• Description

  • A 28-acre traditional neighborhood development two miles east of downtown Atlanta, built on a former concrete-plant brownfield site. Developed by Green Street Properties (launched by MindSpring founder Charles Brewer), which acquired the site in 2001. It contains 328 residential units — single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums — plus 50,850 sq ft of retail and 21,000 sq ft of office. Designed by Dover, Kohl & Partners and Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh & Associates; received a 2005 CNU Charter Award.
