Description
- Part of Prairie Queen in Papillion, Nebraska — reported as the first walkable, New Urbanist neighborhood in the country developed entirely with Missing Middle Housing types. The ~50-acre plan of mansion apartments, fourplexes, and townhouses around a network of narrow streets and blocks was designed by Opticos Design and developed by Urban Waters (Jerry Reimer); built in 2019 with 540 units. All housing is missing middle an has a maximum of 5 units per building.
