- A 15-acre mixed-use oceanfront neighborhood in Gleneden Beach on the Oregon coast, stretching about a quarter mile from Highway 101 to the ocean. Founded and developed by Casey Roloff (Seabrook Land Company) around 2000 and designed by Laurence Qamar — 70+ home sites with cottages, townhouses, a community building, and a bed & breakfast with a ground-floor café, organized around Cottage Greens with preserved stands of shore pine.
