    • The only traditional neighborhood development on Amelia Island, in the heart of Fernandina Beach, Florida. Started in the late 1990s by local developer Joel Embry, who retained DPZ CoDesign to plan it. A compact, interconnected, walkable community of townhomes, condominiums, and single-family homes with traditional coastal architecture, parks, plazas, and local retail within walking distance.
